MERCHANDISE - RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Return and Refund Policy of Spirit Publishing, owner of "spiritpublishingbooks.com".

Merchandise Full Refund:

All merchandise purchased on this website, "spiritpublishingbooks.com", can be returned and a full refund reimbursement by the following conditions:

* Merchandise is the wrong order and does not match the order receipt that was emailed to the customer and Spirit Publishing the owner of spiritpublishingbooks.com. * Merchandise purchase is refunded fully if customer filed a claim with their financial institution within 24 hours of purchase with a request of a purchase cancellation. Spirit Publishing, the owner of spiritpublishingbooks.com, will be notified by the financial institution to disregard the order and confirm a cancellation.

Merchandise No Refund:

All damaged merchandise must be returned for a replacement. When the customer receives the replacement merchandise, in the package there will be a return label for the customer to return the damaged merchandise to return to the seller distributor disclosed on your receipt. If there is no return label, then you must contact the seller distributor to print out a return label and return the product to the seller distributer to return the product for a replacement.

NOTE: IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND THE DAMAGED MERCHANDISE IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COMPANY FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR, THEN THE CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE REISSUED MERCHANDISE THAT WAS SHIPPED OUT.

NOTE: IF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE BECOMES LOST BY POSTAL SERVICES, THEN A RECEIPT BY A LOCAL POSTAL SERVICES PROVIDER WILL PREVENT ANY FUTURE CHARGES ONCE SCANNED AND EMAILED TO THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING COMPANY FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR. Product Upgrade Or Downgrade: All products purchased cannot be upgraded or downgraded for a minimal charge. No negotiations will be made at any time for any product change of any type. Sales Of Merchandise: All sales are final and cannot be refunded unless the product is the wrong order or the wrong order was shipped or the customer has filed a claim with their financial institution within 24 hours of the purchase with a request of the purchase cancellation.
